Most people know me today as Lino — a life coach who helps ambitious professionals and business owners get unstuck, reclaim and protect their energy, and finally move toward the life they know they're capable of.
But for 28 years, I lived as Paul — an accountant and business advisor inside fast-paced firms where pressure was constant and burnout was normal.
That version of me was successful on paper… but disconnected on the inside. I was operating on autopilot, driving through life with the “park brake” on, and feeling like life was happening to me instead of being lived by me.

No — this is coaching, not therapy or counselling. Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, while my work is about helping you move forward. As a life coach, I focus on where you are now, what’s holding you back, and how to create practical change through mindset, habits and daily actions. If therapy is what you need, I’ll always be honest and point you in the right direction.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I don’t prescribe the same solution to everyone. Instead, I work out what you are facing and draw from a toolkit of strategies — mindset shifts, habit changes, energy management and simple routines. If one approach doesn’t work, we try another. The focus is on small, realistic steps that fit your life and build momentum over time.
